Regional School Improvement Team
The Northeast Regional
School Improvement Team plans activities that address common areas
of need in the service area. These activities will be targeted to
priority districts, but made available to other districts on a
space-available basis.

Analyzing the August 2006 Report
Card results to identify districts most in need of improvement (priority
districts)
-
Building district profiles of
priority districts, using information from discussions with the district
leadership team and a review of district accountability data
-
Creating a plan for each service
delivery area to provide professional development and technical assistance,
targeted first to priority districts
-
Deploying services and evaluating
their effectiveness
